20 in 10 :: Week One and the Giveaway Winner!

It's been one week since my 20 in 10 challenge post.
How did you do?

I lost two.
Exactly the number I was hoping for...yet, I was daring to hope I'd lose more.
But I'll be happy with this and push on this week doing better than I did last week.

I need to get a digital scale so I know a little better, but I think I lost around 2, maybe 3 pounds...probably need to just say 2 to be safe.

I am just counting calories...using

we'll see if this method helps...I have a hard time turning down "treats". ahhhhh!

I lost 2.5 pounds using the South Beach Diet. It should have been more, but I cheated a little too much this week :)

O.k... you MUST disclose how you lost two pounds.

I stayed the same...but I did not change a whole lot. I had a really sick household, so no outdoor or any activity for us.

Hopefully next week. I am heavily considering going back on WW but again am not sure about the whole breastfeeding issue.

I am pretty sure Andrea has my address, but can send it again if needed.Thanks!

2 lbs is super great! Nicely done! I'm trying to eat better and stay the same weight while pregnant, but after this summer I'll be on the bandwagon:)

I have been maintaining and it is driving me nuts. I need to push through this plateu and lose these last 30. I need to hear more about that blood type diet you blogged about a while back. I need to get these last 30 offf!

Great job everyone! Sorry I'm late... I always weigh on Monday mornings, always have. So today I'm down 2 lbs and I'm pretty happy about it! I've been eating 5-6 small meals/snacks per day and drinking green tea. I've also started my exercise program with the help of a personal trainer. I feel good!

Umm I got so busy I forgot to do the initial weigh in and this week's weigh in. I think I need to set a reminder! So sorry I cannot report. I did increase my work outs and have planned all healthy portion controlled meals for the week!
