Top Those Scones

A little something I forgot to add to my Blueberry Scones post (just under this post). The delish little dollop of white I've got plated with the scone. What is it? Not the traditional English clotted or Devonshire cream but something my adorable friend taught me about:

Mascarpone cheese mixed with a bit of honey.
Oh my...so good. So so good.
Okay, seriously, get me out of the kitchen. My hips will never return to their normal size if I don't stop this nonsense.
