A few weeks ago (pre-sickness) I posted this nap time number for you. Little did I know, I'd be spending the next couple of weeks in bed...and not looking near as glamorously forlorn as this girl.
Love this response. And the reason I posted it: I tend to agree.
'Tis the season for a Chrsitmas tree photo with a plethora of gifts underneath. Preferably with iridescent, pink bows.

The girls (click here for a complete list of the 25) are a really gorgeous group. The head shots look like a Miss America line-up...with less hairspray and no sashes (thank God.)
I've compiled a group of some promising candidates. Let's get to it. Base your opinions solely on looks and occupation (this could be fun).
I don't know why they picked her. She and Jake will have nothing in common.
I wonder if she'll give Jillian's wardrobe a run for it's money. Remember Jill's clothes? Epic.
The stuff of dreams.
Give it a shot, Corrie. I dare ya.
Okie dokie, there ya have it. What do you think? (Your feedback is vital.)
I think this is going to be a wonderful way to get me through the final weeks of my pregnancy. Simply perfect.
Starting with a breakfast at home. Mr. B. made his specialty: pancakes bedecked with whatever he could find in the pantry. Sometimes it's chocolate chips, sometimes fruit or nuts, this time we had cinnamon chips.
A gift that fabulous deserves a kiss for daddy.
Do you love Mr. B.'s "morning hair"? It's quite attractive.
The scrumptious coconut cupcakes. Yes, they're Ina.

Today is her birthday. The little apple of my eye is turning 3. Three? Three. It's so funny how time seems to crawl by day by day but you look at your three year old and think, "Wasn't she just a snugly newborn? Where did the time go?"
I know just where it went: to grocery shopping, diaper changing, to learning manners and laundry. The time went to tying little shoes, making another pot of mac n' cheese and bedtime prayers.
She loves her big brother and her baby dolls and her puppy, Teddy, with a fierceness that could quite possibly suffocate them.
She nicknames those closest to her heart with names like, "Babe" and "Sweetie" and "Cutie." Mr. B. has been "cutie dad" for a few months now.
Today - 3 years old
Happy Birthday, Sweet Pea!

Almost time to focus on Christmas. Family. Gingerbread houses. Christmas cookies. Fun novels. Holiday movies. Candlelight church services. Smiling preschoolers. Carols. A special girl's birthday. Christmas cards. Celebration of the birth of my savior.

They have more kids than I would ever dream of having. 19 children is not for everyone, but it certainly is for them. Have you watched their show? I encourage you to watch 2 or 3 episodes before you make a judgement call on this family. They are competent, loving, involved parents. Their children are respectful, smart, happy people.
I love me some Duggar. :)
Here's a bit on their latest (smallest) addition.

I'm trying really hard not to completely flip my lid with having been bound to bed for 5 days and the scare that comes with being ill, taking medications and trying to keep a healthy baby. Not to mention I have 2 sick kids and have missed school this entire week - ahem...finals are next week. I haven't a clue how I'm going to catch up.
"Trust" has a whole new meaning at this point in my life. And the word does not bring up happy feelings. I'm scared.
While I'm scared, I'm trying to entertain myself positively. Here's what's doing it:
